If you’re not totally in love with your Every Cozy Day purchase, you may exchange or return it for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. We provide FREE Priority Shipping Return Labels for all U.S. Orders. Store credit never expires.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. We do not offer refunds, for any reason. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for a return or exchange and will be sent back to the customer.
Store credit must be used in its entirety and is valid for 1 time use only. It cannot be used with any other discounts or promotions. The store credit does not apply towards shipping charges. It is only valid on our products.
Bodysuits and undergarments are final sale and are NOT eligible for returns or exchange.

To Submit a Return or Exchange Request:

- We will send you a return label for you to ship your item(s) back to us.
Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process it.
If it's an exchange, and we have the item that you requested in stock, we will process the exchange and create the new order for you. You won't have to do anything.
If you are returning for store credit, you will receive an email with your store credit code.
You can use your store credit code at checkout on your next order. Your store credit cannot be combined with any other codes. It cannot be used toward shipping charges, only towards products. The store credit must be used one time only and in its entirety. If there is a balance left, we won't be able to issue another code. So please make sure to use it in its entirety.
